I value each of my clients as an individual. This also means that I take into account diversity, equality, inclusion whilst protecting the confidentiality and privacy of my clients.
Background & Training
I have over 5 years’ experience working within the field of psychotherapy and over 12 years’ experience in coaching for mental health. I began my training in 2012 with an undergraduate degree in BSc Psychology and Counselling. I trained at Regent’s University London on the Advanced Diploma as an Integrative Psychotherapist, after having completed my initial 2-year Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Academically, I have also completed a Masters Degree in Jungian & Post-Jungian Psychology to which I integrate into my work along with a 16-week Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems Therapy.
I have also offered bespoke psychotherapy services to adults and young people at The Recovery Centre in Knightsbridge, London. My work within The Recovery Centre was both in-person and online. Here, I worked within a team, attending weekly meetings and supervision whilst tailoring my approach to suit each individual’s needs. For more information please see; https://trcgroup.org.uk.
I have developed an integrative way of working, to which I draw from the teachings of ‘Carl Jung’, Addiction Specialist ‘Gabor Mate’, Marshall Rosenberg’s ‘Non-Violent Communication’, lectures from ‘Alan Watts’ as well as ‘Internal Family Systems Therapy’ (IFS). This training is duelled with other approaches that I trained in during my formal psychotherapy training. For more information, please check the Therapy.
In 2016, I completed a ten-day silent meditation course called ‘Vipassana’. I use this practice as well as that of psychotherapy as a fundamental approach when working with trauma as a route to psychological balance and wholeness.

I also have experience offering sports psychology practices and mindfulness techniques to high-level players and athletes
These include; the Vipassana and Mind-Set techniques. These integrate meditation and self-discipline in order to perform healthily at the highest level. This experience has allowed me to offer an approach that can be solution-focused whilst working to great depth, therefore dealing with psychological issues at the source as well as the symptom. I also have experience in the arts, with interests in music and theatre. I feel passionate about integrating my experience into practice.
